You want me to be honest with you, right?
Let’s face it: The old goal setting systems don’t work. We’ve been taught to set the goals, and set a timeline. We were taught to visualize how great it will be when we reach our goal and it will happen. We’ve even been told that all we have to do is decide to do it, and the universe will fall into line and make it happen.
I’m sorry to be blunt, but we’re all tired of setting goals over and over and over again, just to come up short… again.
This line of thinking came from the same people who told us that there should be no winners or losers, and we shouldn’t scold our children when they’re being bad, or adults, either, for that matter.
Listen: There are times in our lives when a swift kick in the butt will do a whole lot more to get us moving and keep us moving more than any mantras or Kumbaya. The fear of loss is often a much greater motivator than the prospect of gain. We will do more to avoid pain than we will to gain pleasure.
We’ve been missing out on the most powerful force known to mankind, and each of us has it within us!
The question is: What is this power, and how do you harness this power?
That’s where the Oxcart Technique comes in.
I developed the Oxcart Technique by being in the trenches and failing. And succeeding. And failing. And succeeding.
I used it as a Captain in the United States Air Force, the Executive Officer for an entire Group of Nuclear B-52s, and became Officer of the Year at Fairchild Air Force Base.
I used it in Direct Sales, and earned millions of dollars.
I even used it as a contestant on Kicking & Screaming, Season 1 on Fox, and won the show.
And I’ve taught it around the world.
As a result, I’ve used it to save marriages. I’ve used it to help others earn millions, or build up an amazing retirement fund, or lose weight and keep it off; even to overcome addictions.
I get paid thousands of dollars an hour to speak on this topic, but I wanted to reach more people. I wanted to reach people that may not be at one of my seminars.
This book has made a dramatic impact on many, many lives, and I hope it does the same for you.
