Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect the least we can, we use it only to deliver what you bought, and we never sell it or share it with anyone who wants to market to you.

What we collect

When you buy: your name and email address, and payment details handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

If you claim the Finisher’s Certificate: your mailing address, your occupation if you choose to give it, and the three short answers about your ninety days. The address is used to mail your certificate and nothing else. If you ask for the Zoom call with Terry, we also keep the availability you give us so we can schedule it. The call is recorded ONLY if you tick that box in advance and say yes again at the start of the call — and it is never a condition of the certificate or the call. Your story stays between you and Terry unless you check the box giving permission to share it — and even then, only your first name and occupation.

If you receive our letters: your email address and the day you started, so the letters arrive on the right days.

When you visit: standard web analytics (pages viewed, general location, device) which do not identify you personally.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not add you to any list you did not choose. We do not share your personal pages, your finisher story, or your address with anyone outside the small team that ships your order.

Who processes data for us

Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure storage of orders and letter subscriptions), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (website hosting), and Microsoft Clarity (anonymized session analytics \u2014 how visitors scroll and click, to improve the site; no personal details are captured). Each holds only what it needs to do its job.

Your choices

Every letter carries a one-click unsubscribe, and it works immediately. You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it — email contact@terrylfossum.com and we will do it, no questions and no retention pitch. Some purchase records are kept as long as tax and payment rules require.

Children

These products are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
